Nurse practitioner is great! Lovely attitude and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and gave me an explanation of what is wrong and why. Great to come here if you’re on a budget and need to see a doctor (nurse practitioner)

I would give it 0 stars if I could. Made an appointment ONLINE last night to be seen at 9:40am. I got there at 9:42 due to traffic. The policy on the website stats of you are more than 15 minutes late then they will see the next patient. I waited & waited for over an hour when she barley called my name. I asked what name she said & she said mine & that I had to wait even longer because I was late, even though I was only 2 minutes past the appointment time. I’ve been to many minute clinics before & this is by far the RUDEST nurse practitioner I have ever encountered. Follow your policy & be a decent human being. Will not be back to a Minute Clinic or CVS.

I signed in at 4:00, and the kiosk said my wait time would be 120 minutes. At 6:00, my wait time on the electronic board still said 1 hour. At 6:45, the nurse practitioner came out and said she would be leaving early and could see only two of the three remaining patients and I was welcome to come back another day. What?! This is my last visit to the minute clinic. So disappointed in CVS.

Extremely long and inaccurate wait times. Once i got in everything was great. I signed up online so I would not have to wait in store. The wait at that time was 120 minutes. I showed up ten minutes early and the screen there said I would wait an additional 25 minutes. That turned into 45 minutes. Total wait time was just under 3 hours. Once I got in everything went fairly quick and the service was great. Just be prepared to wait.
