My first contact was 1/19/21 to schedule an MRI and CT for my husband. As of 2/16/21 insurance has not received a request for authorization from this office for either test though the doctors sent requests weeks ago. Called several times this moring and told the insurance person is out for a few days. The person filling in hasn't returned my three phone calls. The people on the phone are very nice and try to be helpful but that's not enough.

I know working upfront can be chaotic but they helped prepare me for my MRI and I was in & out very easy. Thank you sandy and Abby for all your help and making this a swift and easy experience,️️️️

I came in with an appointment set up and Sandy and Abby checked me in very prompt upon my arrival. They were very courteous and friendly and also Vanessa explained the insurance coverages for me. Thank you so much for making this process easier to cope with my back pain and not adding to be a pain in my neck!

My experiece

The rating is for the front office only. I arrived to my appointment it was 20 minutesto to get signed in during that time watched the receptionist pull her glasses down with a bland look as she was very were rude to an older lady about mammogram questions while eating and drinking in front. The receptionist are very worst however the good part is the radiologist should have a separate rating because they are friendly and very professional and deserve The 5

I brought my brother here for an X-ray and the ladies upfront were very nice, courteous and helped answer any questions we had. Will be returning. Keep up the good job ladies
