I have been searching for a consistent gutter cleaning service, and have been moderately satisfied with the results. I found Ned Stevens and was pleasantly surprised with the services offered. The guys cleaned my gutters very well. They cleaned up the debris and left the area clean. I am happy to have found a plan so that I don't have to find competent service every time that I need service.

I recently stumbled across this company in an ad. I did my initial research on them (best I could), and decided to give them a call. First, I actually got to talk to a real person. He was very professional and discussed the options available for me to have my gutters cleaned. Their pricing seemed reasonable based on past my experience with gutter cleaning, so I decided to give them a try. When the workers showed up they immediately got to work. They were very detailed oriented and did a fantastic job.

We had an incident at our rental property last month, 2 days before Christmas where a portion of our cutter broke free due to snow and ice and needed to be repaired. I called 4 different places, and all but one were a bust, the last one I called suggested Ned Stevens for repair. Ned Stevens were also recommended by 2 friends. So I call, spw Carlos. He could not have been nicer, or more helpful. He got me set up for the repair, got someone out there within 4 days, they fixed the issue in no time. Best of all they were friendly, professional, helpful, and communicated with me throughout the process which was critical since as we live in another town from the property. Based on my experience, I would definitely call them again, maybe in the Spring! :)

Customer service rep is quite rude coming across as if he doesn’t want to be there while on the phone. Please hire someone that actually is appreciative of their job and customers. I’ve had my gutter cleaned three different times using this company and each time they try to hassle you for more money. Last time using them since they decided to up the price from 200 to 225 and now to 250! The representative explained due to larger square footage of my home. But last I checked we haven’t done any upgrades. (Still same square footage) when I get the manager on the phone to explain why the higher rate he says because work is needed on my gutter. So which one is it???? square footage or work on Gutter needed?! how unprofessional.
