Last Monday June 3 2019 I drop my truck in this Freightliner dealer for diagnosis. From Monday to Monday they not even touched It. I talk to Chris in the shop on Friday he say he will see it in the next one hour . Today is Monday and I'm here he even didn't touched the truck and he asked me to wait to see it . For diagnosis 8 days it’s wasting of time and money. I'm NOT RECOMMEND THIS FREIGHTLINER EVEN FOR MY ENEMIES!!!!

This Javid, I took my truck to 7 different dealers and they could not fix my DPF senser issue, they wasted my three weeks. And as I went there Miss Janifer and her coworker attended me with a big respect, and the great professional tech they got the fix my truck in 2 hours. Now for almost a week I do not have any issues, I will bring my truck for them form other country, they are really professional, respectable, clean, sweet, kind and really knowledgeable people, I was so stressed with my truck that want to file bankruptcy and get red of it, but thanks to them that they put me back on my legs, I do not have enough words to thank them.
I work for another freightliner dealer and I ordered a surge tank back on the 12th of this month for ups next day air. A week goes by the I haven't seen it nor has anyone called me. called to get some tracking info and nobody knows anything about a surge tank and I'm getting the run around about it showing a void invoice and the part is sitting on the counter still. asked to speak the manager and I got transferred to voice mail. will not be doing any business with again.
