Wonderful selection, and amazing customer service. The guy who works the front always seems to go out of his way to help, and make very good suggestions. I drive past Woodcraft to get here. It's more than twice as far from my home.

Great selection, very organized if you can get in in time. I took off work so I could make it to the store before they closed. When I get here 10 minutes before closing to get one thing, there is a paper sign that says they closed at 4. This store's hours are very hard to work with if you have a job. Then not putting information online or anywhere that someone who drove 45 minutes one way could see it, really sucks. I even called but did not get to speak to someone so I figured they were busy. Would've been nice if someone couldve picked up the darn phone and told me. This is extremely frustrating when desperately needing something today that I now don't have time to find elsewhere. Tried the phone number as I was leaving my home and no one answered so alot of help that did.. There is absolutely no excuse for not updating your Google hours for today in this situation for a place with such hours. This type of stuff shouldn't happen in 2020.

Placed an order for High density plastic for jigs Order was priced and shipping invoices Next day phoned in to ask that my American credit card be charged as opposed to Canadian. Was informed that once the item was boxed I would be emailed to confirm shipping charges OVER and ABOVE what I had been quoted on the site after entering my address and what I was invoices and that failure to ok the additional amount would result in non-delivery. When I explained that it had been ordered and invoiced, Alisha kept repeating that their policy for Canadian shipments was to invoice a lower price and then demand more for delivery later. The lady was rude and just wouldn’t listen that invoicing for one price and then demanding a higher shipping rate later as a policy isn’t acceptable. I had to finally inform her that I wasn’t interested in hearing her argue any longer. I then emailed customer service and cancelled the order. Alison then sent me yet another email in reply that didn’t reflect the issue. I asked for her supervisor’s name and contact information. Funny.. haven’t gotten that yet. I’d avoid doing business with these people

I haven't been to the store yet, but I've ordered online and had my items shipped to me. Great selection of hard to finds that aren't available at other woodworking supply stores. Shipping was always fast!

Friendly staff, Great selection and price. The guys are very knowledgeable and always a pleasure to talk to. More than once they've stopped me from spending more money than I needed to get the job done, not something you see at others stores.
