This travel agency has really nice customer service. I believe I spoke to Rahul here and while I had a very unusual issue of cancelling a flight in the last minute and then trying to re-book it within 15 minutes due to some confusion in late 2008/early 2009, he really did try to help me out as much as possible. Obviously there wasnt much he could do, but I appreciated the fact that he picked up the phone after hours and actually listened to my problem and gave advice and seemed genuinely concerned about what was going on. I highly recommend this travel agency.
