When I placed my order online, Jonathan immediately called me to review the details. He was very knowledgeable and super helpful. Nice approach and upgraded my order without the typical sales tactics. Everything we tweaked on the order ended up making the pool table buying experience much more enjoyable. They also hooked me up with a fanatic local assembler that did a great job putting the table together. I have to say the quality of the products exceeded my expectations and I couldn’t be happier. Just finished playing a few games with my 91 year old father and we had a blast. Thanks Chris and Jonathan. Great experience.

Chris Fedusiv provided some exceptional customer service for me. I had purchased a table through them in 2016 and lost some pieces when moving the table from locations. I was able to get a custom order for my pieces and received them very quickly! Thank you Chris!
Best experience ever! Jonathan is a rock star! Very knowledgeable and explained the whole process from order confirmation, processing and installation process to a T. For us (first time pool table owners) it was important that we knew what to expect, and they did a superb job! BTW for a pool table, the white glove service is a MUST.

Great experience from the start! Website was easy to navigate, order was extremely easy to place, follow-up phone call from Atlanta office was a surprise and was very helpful appreciated. Communication was excellent. Install was smooth as silk thanks to local installer The Pool Table Doctor from JAX, FL. We were playing right after install. What a pleasure to play on a 8x4 table, brand new, professionally installed. The ball rolls so true. THANKS SO MUCH!!!
