Ever since the took over Avalon water the billing issues have been a nightmare, I have call several times to make sure billing is corrected and up to date but keep having issues with payments. They receive payments and do not apply them, when you ask why they say they will email their billing department and then you get letters with past due statements. Very disappointing.... I will be looking for another vendor.
