They towed one of my semi trucks. Our driver had permission to park at the location it was parked. After getting in contact with them they asked for paperwork to show it was our vehicle. I sent them a copy of the title but that was not good enough, then I sent registration, also not good enough. Ended up needing to get two notarized papers because first one didn't have their phone number on it. Once my driver got there to pick up the truck they asked for proof he was allowed to pick it up. I called (owner of the vehicle) but that wasn't good enough, they asked for his paystub. We sent that but they decided its also not good enough. Took all day just to get our semi out of there. Bunch of clowns.

Thank you TAYLOR for the nice service in person. The phone service on the other hand was horrible the guy on the phone talked soooo slow and wasn’t helpful at all. Then after calling back to ask him his name a woman named Juanita answered if that was her name. She said the man was at lunch then when I asked his name she started stuttering saying uh uh uh um I um really don’t know anyone’s name I’m new. I said okay what’s your name she said um my name? Uh it’s Juanita. I said so if I asked Taylor if you are new and you don’t know anyone’s name what would he say. She said um let me transfer you.... ridiculous. Other than that the car auction is a good place to get vehicles and the towing service is usually pretty good
Pray that you never have to be towed in Georgia because they will definitely rip you off. They will make sure you pay to get your own personal property no matter if you're disabled. Driver promised me and the state trooper that I could get my things which consists of a whole backpack full of my medication plus other bags. Because he had no room inside his truck for all my things he said I could leave them in there until we made it to the Norcross business. But he left and took everything to another part of GA. No mercy for no one just robbery. They have my cane, my clothes, my medication, my shoes. Real meaning of HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!!!
THE WORST SERVICER EVER! MY CAR STALLED AND I CALLED ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE. THIS WAS THEIR SERVICER OF CHOICE. THIS IS THE 2ND TIME THIS COMPANY HAS FAILED ME. WHEN YOU CALL THEY HAVE LAME AFTER LAME EXCUSE AS TO WHY THEY ARE NOT MEETING THEIR PROMISED TIME OF SERVICE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS ARE RUDE AND ACT AS THOUGH THEY THEY COULD CARE LESS FOR YOUR SAFETY OR SITUATION. THE TIME TO RETRIEVE CAR & MYSELF HAS CHANGED 3 TIMES, BY SIGNIFICANT ETA'S. THE LAST PERSON I TALKED TO SAID i COULD LEAVE THE CAR UN ATTENDED AND WALK TO MY DESTINATION. I CALLED MY INSURANCE CARRIER TO TRY AND GET SOME TYPE OF HELP, STILL STATEWIDE WITH THE LAME EXCUSES. IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE PLEASE CHOSE ANY OTHER WRECKER UNDER THE SUN! HORRIBLE SERVICE & EMPLOYEES. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! THIS EVENT STARTED AT 2:30 P.M. AND IT IS NOW 6:43 WITH STATEWIDE PROMISING ANOTHER DELAYED ETA
