Top recording studio in Georgia the likes of Outkast, Usher, Queen B, Trinidad James, Backstreet Boys and Elton John..... Just to name a few I was give a tour by the owner amazing facility state of the art.. Any article or producer will be happy to creat in this environment

So let me start by saying this rating is based on the customer service received before even making it to the studio. I’ve attempted to book a session at this studio 4 times over a 5 day period. With the company never reaching back out. I called at several different points of a day thinking it was the timing but nope it’s just bad customer service. The website is good on informing you about what the studio has to offer. But the issue begins when you are trying to get the rates. You call they take your information and say they are going to get it to the booking department which hasn’t happen in a 5 day period. I’ve talked to 4 different people after trying to book the session who took the same information an no follow up. Each time I talk to a new person there it’s like a recording with a new voice and no follow up. They will most likely reach out after this review but I’m not interested no longer and will not be taking down the review. I will say fix your problem so the next person doesn’t have to go through that.
