I have been a customer of Vision Computers for over for both hardware and managed monitoring service for over 10 years. The support through their managed service is excellent. The staff at Vision is always responsive. They access my computer online and address any issues I have. It allows me to not worry or spend time trying to deal with computer issues and use my time more productively on my business. Highly recommend Vision Computers.

I had a problem today trying to respond to an email. My response email could not be sent. I called Vision and spoke with Adam to find out what the problem might be. He assured me that antivirus was working. We sent the email response via another email program. It seems like there was a server problem at my preferred email provider. Adam was thorough and professional. He ran a check for malware and I was back to work. Outstanding.

Vision has been great. I'm cutting over from old Windows 7 computers to windows 10 and moving all my services to two laptops and one desktop. Vision has me under their Managed Services and that's a big help. All the computer are clean and running fast. I knew my old computers were slow but I didn't realize how slow. I've been hearing their commercials for years. Sorry it took me so long to start using their services.
