I recommend getting a solid quote before the repair. We spent more than the cost of a new machine. Labor was over 600 to replace a 26 part . Terrible value.

Had service repair guy to come out yesterday. He was extremely nice but not knowledgeable. Didn’t remove or take down any of the equipment. He was there to service a warmer. Saw that air wasn’t coming out from the bottom(which I told him that it wasn’t heating from the middle ). He stated that the air wasnt being blocked by using his hands to feel it. I told him that I unplugged the unit and plugged it back up yesterday. He decided to call the “big wig” to see what was causing it. After about 30 minutes(total visit of 3 hours) he stated only thing that made sense was that it wasn’t plugged into the wall correctly. This was a service call that was under warranty. I verified it with the manufacturer before they gave me their number. I also verified it when scheduling an appointment, and twice with the service rep. When he was finished he had me to sign his service call with no price listed. I received an alert from my credit card that 252 was charged. The rep that I spoke to this morning was rude and gave ALL the wrong information. I will also call the manufacturer that referred me to them. They are the worst!!!!

My experience with Whaley Food service was considerably unprofessional. The service department will not tell you when dispatch will call you to even schedule a service call. Service Tech failed to leave job completed but charged for the service call. Service department has little to no customer service and answers the phone \SERVICE!\ . Had to beg to get an itemized receipt for the non-service that was provided. Service department was argumentative when asking for the receipt. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service and work done. I should have read the other reviews!

Charged 381 for service. Service tech informed it was covered under warranty but billing department said other wise. 381 for max 15 min of tinkering and adjusting the pilot light.
