Setting the appointment and all the follow ups and confirmations were amazing! From the initial call all the way to the completion the communication was flawless. I was given a 3 hour window that the tech would arrive. David was my service tech. As the Email and texts had said, I received a text 30 minutes before David arrived so I could plan my time. Incredibly knowledgable and friendly. He looked at all the rooms and discussed all details when he arrived. When I mentioned I recently had a roommate that had a dog, he recommended treating the room. He checked the carpet with a light that showed areas of dog urine. He was quick but thorough and followed all precautions in protecting my property. When finished, he had me check the rooms so he could answer any questions if needed. I will definitely recommend and use Zerorez in the future.

I just had the pleasure of having my vents cleaned by ZeroRez. Wonderful experience, technicians Travis and Donta were very professional and prompt on arrival. They explained the process to me and got to work quickly. The before and after pictures are ridiculous, gross to think of the dust and quality of air we were breathing before getting this completed. I would HIGHLY recommend this service and company!! Ask for Travis his team was prompt, friendly and efficient.

Steve was amazing. He was extremely professional, answered our questions, and had a pleasant personality that makes you feel like you’re working with a friend. The carpet cleaning itself was impressive! It took very little time to clean 3 rooms and a hallway. Our carpet looks like new and I wish we had called them sooner! I would definitely recommend them to anyone on a budget but wants their carpet looking immaculate .

First, the service guy was a really good guy. He was on time, polite, and professional. A good employee. However, the cleaning was almost unnoticeable. Almost no change to traffic areas and problem spots. I do not recommend this service. This was a trial for a whole house cleaning and will not be using their service.
