This review is for the office only because Sherrill Marshall is an incredible NP. Your receptionists are inept and unprofessional. I’m very angry about calling a dozen times in one day to have the receptionist answer, put me on hold, and then never return to speak to me! Then when I am able to talk to the receptionist to tell her I need to speak to Ms Marshall immediately because I have an emergency with my new medication Ms Marshall never receives the message? So I thought maybe I should call the answering service? I call and I can’t get through to them! What is happening in this office? I’m very upset with the way this office is being managed and I’m wondering what I need to do to make sure the owners of this practice start making positive changes to better serve their patients? Does every circumstance have to end with litigation? I hope not? Do I report these circumstances to a higher authority or should I just go to another practice? If I leave then I lose the best NP and medication manager I have ever had! No I have decided to fight. I highly recommend that this office get their priorities straight because you have an important responsibility to care for the mentally ill. You are being paid for your services and to not do your job and make your office staff do theirs is just plain theft.

I miss Ann Cebrelli. Salli/Sarah, whoever is reading this should know that there are better ways to treat patients with mental health issues. After speaking with a therapist I trusted and sharing with her something personal I was feeling, her response was perhaps DO IT. This office, its staff i,e. doctors and front office have been horrible in 2021. Never had a problem or issue with my first 2 doctors. I have attempted to see Creekmore for over a month now. Our first appt was Dec 2020. Scheduled me for a week/two week appt next. I soon came down with an internal bacteria that turned into 2 more infections and could not be seen (I canceled our 2nd appt). I have scheduled 3 appt since then, each one has been rescheduled via Creekmore (the last 2), and today's, 2/25 appt I called to schedule for 3/2 @ 3:45pm video, I was just informed there is NO RECORD of such appointment. Are you serious? I was assured that my medicine request (7th) would also be passed on to Creekmore. If I did not think or feel like I need URGENT PSYCHIATRIC help, I feel it now. This moment, this facility, these doctors and staff have made me think I have lost my mind. I just needed a viable appointment and my new or old meds, not a co-sign on a psych ward. I am sure the Office Manager, my therapist and psychiatrist are all in full agreement that I should no longer be a patient, especially turning it around that I AM THE ISSUE. I have mental issues, I am not crazy.

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. The service here is absolutely deplorable. The receptionist is rude, inconsiderate, incompetent, insensitive, and inappropriate. They have absolutely no idea how to manage working with individuals with mental health needs. I’m not surprised by the other reviews but I am surprised there hasn’t been a staff change. Why keep them at your practice if you continue to receive consistently negative reviews? I wish I could give a name but when I asked she said “pssh you don’t need my name.” Mr. Taylor, my concern was not with the policies (although when we’re in the middle of a pandemic and health crisis and you’re dealing with physically at risk patients I would think some exceptions could be put into place like the new practice I already made an appointment with) my concern was with the way your staff handled the situation. They had no care, no empathy, no understanding, no decency towards the situation. They weren’t even as cordial as to give me their name (obviously because they knew they were in the wrong). Look at the other reviews, it’s not the policies that are the issue, it’s your staff.

Horrible service. Can somebody explain to me how a patient can call two separate times, 4 days apart and still yet to have their medication refills sent out? As a office for behavioral science I feel like you of all places should understand the negative effects that can occur when one is forced to stop taking a medication due to the incompetence of this office. Also I surely hope your records indicate medication allergies, as patient portal certainly does not. I understand covid restrictions have made a lot of things difficult but only ever talking to your Dr one time since being a patient, and then having to go days without medication thats needed are definitely some errors that should be rectified asap.

All issues have been resolved satisfactorily, and must say that they quickly intervened to accommodate my needs. Well done!
