My friends and I had the pleasant surprise of being offered a tour while visiting the house. Our guide was unbelievably knowledgeable & we enjoyed every minute of the tour. There is so much to grasp about the times of this family and their influence on Norfolk. I only wish regular tours were offered as we could never have understood so much wondering through on our own.

Awesome historical house with free admission. The house belonged to a merchant called Moses Myers and 70% of the furniture is original. It worth a visit.
GREAT tour, very in depth and informative. Really cool historical info about most influential family in post-revolutionary war Norfolk.
Wonderful tour guide !
Interesting history, both Norfolk and Naval. Free for the public on the weekends.
