I had an issue with my HVAC so I called Murillo, they sent Jay and Alex out. First they we're on-time which I definitely appreciated. They took the time to explain what they were going to look at before starting the job. After looking at the HVAC they told me nothing was wrong with it. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, that says a lot about the character of this company. I would definitely recommend Murillo to family and friends and anyone reading this review. Murillo Mechanical was fantastic! Robert and his team were always quick to respond and answer all questions! Being someone who knows nothing about AC they made me feel comfortable and did multiple walk throughs. We wanted all of the work completed before we moved in and Robert made it happen! I definitely recommend them to anyone with HVAC needs!

SAVIOR! That’s all I can say! Hopefully long story short…after getting the run around from a home warranty company for assistance with our air-conditioning, and not getting any results, I called Murillo Mechanical who answered the call right away, and met me the same day! They addressed the problem, were honest in their assessment, and were quick to make repairs! It was truly a breath of fresh air to deal with a company with quick response, and honest and true assessment! Great prices too! Best A/C guys “Without a doubt”! Highly recommended to anyone in the area!

Both techs did not wear masks inside the home or call me before showing up at 8:30. -- I'm going to add to this, since the response the company gave is unacceptable. We're months into this thing now and you need a mask to go into literally every establishment. "They forgot" is a stupid response.
