Staff on the floor is very helpful and assisted me in registering my new blower with Stihl. What bothered me is the individual at the counter who tried to tell that I didn't register it fully unless I registered it with Northern Tool. Not only is this false but having someone try to lie to my face so they can get a check in the box is just poor customer service.

Needed to build a trailer for a new welding machine. Miller gets 2300 for their Bobcat 250 trailer, WOW!! Picked up all the main components from Northern for only 650. Picked up the steel from BMG for 100. Voila... One day of fab and we have a trailer. The Gentleman at Northern, Kevin, was Super Helpful at picking out all the correct materials. Kevin was golden and provided The Best Customer Support you will find anywhere!! Thank you Kevin!
