If I could give less than 1 star I would. Absolutely the worst service possible. The lawn is a straight simple cut in front of a building. They come and literally spend 3 minutes. Mow right over garbage, do no edging, trimming, blowing etc. TERRIBLE job! When I called to complain & said there are weeds a foot tall at the edge of where the lawn was allegedly mowed Victor said I was lying. I took pics. No bill was mailed when I repeatedly said I needed one for building records and told them cancel service. Victor got aggressive demanded payment stating \It won't be hard to find you.\ The owners are upset I paid him the 350 for a horrible job. Just glad to be done with them!

I started using Victor’s service this year, he gave me a good quote and when we met I really believed in him. It was great at first, but by June we had a week where they never showed. I called Victor and he apologized and blamed a new driver. In July, after being on vacation for 2 weeks, we came home and found our back lawn had not been cut. I called Victor and he argued they might just be leaving it longer (it was past our ankles). He said he would personally come out to inspect. After 3 days I called and left a voicemail asking why he had not come and whether he even wanted our business. Within 2 hours the crew arrived, and I watched them run a riding mower over the front lawn and leave. They didn’t trim, edge, or cut the back. Stay away from Victor’s, it will only give you a headache and there are plenty of options out there.

Victor is very rude. His people broke a hanger on my fence. They did spring cleanup but left dirt all over my front porch and wood chips on my front porch and under the rug . Leaves were left under all the trees and bushes. When I called Victor to ask him what his spring cleanup was he got very defensive and very rude!! DO NOT USE!! Save your
