The application needs a lot of serious work and clarification. They ask you all these questions about utilities and bills and health insurance and all sorts of other stuff to people that are not even involved in the application. They wanted my parents information who were not even applying. I had to log in and make amendments and changes to my initial application and the health insurance was not even selectable in the health insurance section for my Keystone Mercy Health. They wanted me to submit eight different types of bills ranging from sewage to water to electric and so forth which I didn't even have.

Disgusting. The least they could do, which is all they ever do, is let people know that you cant even go in to drop paperwork off. I'm glad they dont have jobs anymore-they are nasty and slow anyway.

They do their job, but they have very bad form and it is a very low human mind staff, they have no answers AND they do not understand people's problems. they should put automatic machines to answer they would work better than them

Don’t waste your time calling, after someone finally answered and I start tell them what I need they just hang up, worth office I have seen ever, also my dad was trying to call them and he doesn’t speak English very well And when he asked a translator to translate for him, because this is what they offer they hang up that’s so rude and that’s there job and getting pay for To receive calls from citizens and people and to fulfill their needs, but they are very rude.
