Do they just not answer the phones anymore? How are you supposed to be able to be screened for specific testing/ exams over telehealth? How am I supposed to call to make an appointment when it’s blocked from making one online when calling is the only option and they don’t even answer their phones?! I’ve called over 5 times this week and waited over an hour each time and nothing every time... I understand because of covid it may be busy but... come on now.

If you enjoy ignorant and rude people this is the place for you! The staff was unhelpful and unknowledgeable and should probably look into a different line of work because healthcare means you care about people's health. There are many other planned parenthood's close by that are able to provide a helpful and caring environment for their patients.

I’ve been going to this location for over 10 years! The staff is very efficient, caring, knowledgeable and respectful! Waiting times for scheduled appointments are not long, nothing like a Doctors visit and birth control pickup is easy!

I had a seamless and comfortable experience here. The worst part is the crazy protestors outside who do not have jobs and who yell as you are walking in. You just have to laugh at them because it’s ridiculous. Luckily there are incredible volunteer escorts to make you feel safe and comfortable who walk you in, they were great to us. I wouldn’t hesitate coming here, they made a hard experience very easy and I 10/10 recommend.

I went in for a complication with my birth control. I made an appointment online and was seen almost immediately. They gave me options and even had me have an ultrasound down to make sure I didn't have a cyst or something worse. I was given an followup and they are kind and helpful. Thank you again! Would recommend, but do make an appointment.
