Had an appointment with Gina and she was wonderful. She was very kind and said the sweetest encouraging things. The dresses are absolutely gorgeous and to me, looked like they were about 50% off the original price. I highly recommend!

I would not recommend coming to this bridal shop as the first shop when looking for wedding dresses. When I walked in, I was greeted by a younger girl. She told me to put sticky notes on the dresses I liked. I went around and found a few dresses, although there was not much of a selection. I was put in a dressing room by myself with no one helping me. I could not lift the dresses over my head and many of the dresses were dirty with stains on them. I did not feel like the staff wanted to be involved or wanted to help. I would maybe check this place out if you have a set wedding dress in mind and wanted to see if you could find it here cheaper. However, the prices were not that great as I ended up getting a brand new bridal dress for 750 more than the used ones. Overall, it was a disappointing experience as my first time in a wedding shop looking for dresses.
Never did I think I would find my wedding dress on a Tuesday afternoon. Had a wonderful experience at Consignment Bridal & Prom and would recommend it to anyone looking for a wedding dress or formal wear dress. There was no sense of being rushed and didn't feel I was limited on how many dresses I could try. In the end I really think I found something special. Previous places I felt like I was a bride with a number. Here I felt like I was me and was getting married. If you want a personal experience and to not feel pressure from a consultant trying to make a sale this would be the place for you.
I had a WONDERFUL experience at Consignment Bridal and Prom. I made an appointment on a Saturday and I was able to browse through alll the dresses in my size and bigger. My sister did help me put the dresses on which was fine, I think Id actually prefer that to a stranger if youre a bit shy. But they did offer to help me! In fact this was my FIRST experience trying on dresses. Which was great bc I tried on all the different styles in a relaxed low pressure environment. And the associate that helped me was so sweet and knowledgeable. I actually tried on three BRAND NEW WITH TAGs dresses. And the other dresses did not have stains like a previous reviewer said. I HIGHLY recommend giving this place a look. You never know. But don't expect a champagne experience and white carpets. It is a consignment shop in an industrial park. So don't expect fancy and your good to go!
I had a wonderful experience here with my mom and sister last night. Gina was so patient with us; I had assumed that we’d booked a 60- minute appointment but she told us that we had as long as we needed and I felt like she genuinely meant that. When I told her that my budget was a little lower she didn’t skip a beat and brought me some great alternatives. Try this place if you’re looking for a slightly more eccentric experience. If you find a dress you love here you’ll feel like it was fate. Being eco-friendly is extremely important to me so I’m proud to say that I bought a pre-loved dress!
