They're here when ya need em. I appreciate the true professional commitment from the staff. They are running a tight ship in these trying times. As an essential worker who knows when personal sacrifice over the greater good is being provided. I have been staying with Deluxe Inn Lodging for business and workforce whenever I need them. The hospitality and safe guards being taken and enforced really confirmed my confidence in HP and LB. The old school, throw back building provides great protection. Private access, in room HVAC, leading directly to fresh air. Social distancing guidelines, already enhanced cleaning procedures and protocols. Efficient operations. Stay here.

Hello. Big thanks. They are operating a clean, safe, comfortable, and secured lodging property. I am an essential worker, electrical contractor for a major manufacturing firm. I needed a place to stay 4 days a week. Got a great workforce rate plan. Exactly fit my needs. The throw back exterior access provides fresh air and no recirculation air like central air HVAC. Room entry via Private individual doors puts me at ease. They are running a tight ship, I like that! No fuss no muss. I am there to work and rest. I appreciate the business first service. Contactless check-in, following CDC guidelines for cleaning. I have full confidence in the managers, , they have combined over 40 years experience in the professional hospitality and hotel services. Great stay at the Deluxe Inn! Highly recommend! I was on a short business trip and needed affordable lodging for one night and this place fit the bill. Super friendly staff and the owner was very knowledgeable of restaurants to check out in Augusta, GA. My room was clean and most importantly I felt safe. I’m a woman traveling by myself most times so it’s very important that the atmosphere feels safe to me. I’ll definitely stay here again!

HP and Lara did a wonderful job in taking care of our crews working in the N. Augusta area. They traveled back and forth for several weeks to complete this job and HP stayed in touch throughout the entire job so that rooms would be available upon our arrival. The communication was point on. Ignore the negative remarks. I travel a lot for work and I am glad to find this retro hotel! Thanks HP and Laura for their professional service; had to travel over 21 day period through the area and they made the stays so pleasant especially over the holiday season. It's these small touches that makes me support small business professionals at Deluxe Inn Lodging for Business and Workforce. So i need only a few things for work travel: corporate rate, comfortable/fresh room, quiet/safe/secured area. They hit it out of the boardroom! I explained that I was territory sales manager and showed my work ID and got a business-elite queen single non smoking room on a business rate. The staff has over 30 years of hotel hospitality experience and it shows. The room was great, fridge microwave, premium cable TV package, Wi-Fi. I also recieved food vouchers for restaurants close by. They also have fax, copy services and shipping&receiving through their convenient UPS Access Point partnership. The parking lot is fully lit and monitored which gave peace of mind. I mean all and all what more do you need in a work first hotel. Thanks again HP and Laura

Whew, Deluxe Inn Lodging for Business & Workforce came through . I stopped on in as I made my way towards Gordon Hwy to ask about their offerings. It was exactly what we needed for me and my crew. I got to talking with the new managers, they are really doing great things accommodating for business folks. Years of hotel and service experience, they have been trained well. I explained we were a no fuss, no muss needed three things, quiet restful stay, comfortable bedding, and safe parking for duelly trucks/equipment. Done and done. I like that! Thanks to HP and staff. Keep up the great service.

Heat did not work. There was a sign on the a/c saying if you need heat get a portable heater from the office. Also no flat screen TV, old crt tv. Desk clerk was very nice, friendly and outgoing. She was great.
