Amazing is highly recommended to anyone in need of HVAC services. I have been a customer for many years, but this New Years they were AMAZING. My furnace quit New Years Eve. Charlie came shortly, but did not have the part he needed. He called me New Years morning and asked when he could come over to' fix the furnace. I did not expect this kind of service on the Holiday. He had the part. Charlie also understood the concept of customer service in addition to his competency. I will continue to use Amazing and hope that this note will help their business grow, Thank you Amazing for your service.

My wife and I just purchased our first home, and the very first thing we needed to do inside was replace a 25-year-old furnace. Having worked with Amazing in the past, my parents referred us and had plenty of good things to say about their own experiences. With the old furnace, I had to take apart the body and reach up inside to change the air filter, but when they came to install the new one, they rebuilt the sheet metal above the furnace free of charge so that we would be able to just pull the filter right out from the side. They went above and beyond in every possible way, even going out of their way to better seal some of the duct work so that our home would be less dusty. Our installer, Mike, was so incredibly helpful, and our experience with this company was far better than expected. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and will definitely be working with them again in the future!

Just wanted to say thanks to Amazing Air Inc. (team). On Sunday 1/24/21 our heat went out, spoke with tech ACE at 11:00 pm that night. He arrived early in the am diagnose the problem & got the furnace running. I requested a new furnace, they had a quote to me at 9:00 Monday, and schedule a install on 1/27/21. The two techs arrived (Brian), the installation crew was very PROFESSIONAL, arriving with PPP on. They explain the installation process and what was going to happen, answer ALL my question. Looks GREAT (thanks) for the excellent install, left the home as they arrived.
