Just want to share the wonderful experience I had with the executive director Susan. She was so kind and thorough in explaining the details and answering my questions. In today's day I find this kind of service hard to come by and felt I should share with whomever may benefit from knowing this!

I live out of state and i have been calling around to places to come back to Illinois the places that i call they either never answer or they were short and would try to get off the phone so when i called eden april answered and i was on the phone with her for over an hour she was so patient and caring and understanding. It helps when somebody can relate to what you are going through she also told me about the other eden facilities and where they are located i hope those marketing directors are as kind as april was and i hope to get into eden
Great facility and awesome staff. Especially April, she’s been amazing and always responsive, no matter what time of the day or day if the week.
Eden supportive living in North Aurora is head and shoulders above where I came from. If you’re looking for a facility where you can enjoy your independence, I would suggest checking out in the north room. I would also like to single out a couple of employees, Tina who works in the business office, and Teresa who works in Activities. Both of them have helped me out many times and I appreciate all your efforts.
Eden is suppose to be a supported living they take the people link cards and checks I understand that.What I don’t understand is why they take their link but only feed them breakfast and lunch everyday.Thats so messed up!Im going to report them!!!
