Very friendly and accommodating service from Muhammad. Nice selection of cigars. The lounge was comfortable with six TV's available. I would have given five stars but the ventilation system seemed to struggle. Not overwhelming bad but enough to notice. May have been due to it being turned on when I entered the lounge (I was the only customer at the time). Very nice to have cigar lounge on the west side of the Fox river.
