If I could give Polka Dot 10 stars I would! This preschool is INCREDIBLE! My son will be going into 1st grade this Fall, and I STILL miss this school. I am a Preschool teacher myself and my husband is a teacher for 129. We were extremely picky (especially me!) as to where we would send our son for preschool. Both Liz and Wendy genuinely LOVE what they do. That is so, SO important when it comes to Early Childhood Education. My son was safe, cared for, and more importantly he LOVED and WANTED to go to school everyday. Polka Dot is truly a hidden gem in the community. I will forever and always be thankful to Liz and Wendy for the love and early education they provided to him. We are PROUD to say that we are parents to a Polka Dot \grad.

Transitioning my daughter from a regular daycare to this preschool was the best decision I ever made. I admit I was a bit anxious because my daughter had made friends and got used to her teachers at daycare. I knew she was going to have a difficult time transitioning. However, I was unhappy with the previous daycare and the fact my daughter wasn't transitioning in the level she should of been at. A parent had told me about Polka Dot Dragon. I had a chance to meet Ms. Liz (my daughters teacher) and Ms. Wendy (owner/teacher). You can tell they have years of experience working with kids. Ms. Liz also assisted with helping my daughter transition and making her feel comfortable at her new school. My daughter tells me every day she wants to go to the Polka Dot Dragon. That truly speaks volumes. When I ask her who her friends are at school she always tells me Ms. Liz. LOL! I know the longer she's there the more she will make new friends in her class. Some times my daughter wants to stay longer even when it's time to come home. She has been there for a month now and she loves it there. :)
I can't say enough about how wonderful Wendy and her staff is at Polka Dot Dragon. Every day was so much fun for my son with engaging and exciting themes every week, creative lessons, activities and crafts to help him learn and grow. I looked for a long time to find such a loving and fun environment so my little guy would look forward to learning, making friends, and going to school every day. The bar was set very high thanks to Polka Dot Dragon.
Love Polka Dot Dragon! 3 years ago I was sold within the first minute of talking to Ms. Wendy on the phone, I knew from her welcoming, kind-hearted personality this was where I wanted to send my kids. The education and care provided to both of our kids in the last 3 years has been excellent. The kids are engaged and learn so much in many areas, more than just numbers and letters, I'd say I've learned a thing or two as well from my kids when they come home at night. I was very pleased with how well they prepared my daughter for Kindergarten. I highly recommend Polka Dot Dragon to anyone looking into preschools, one will not be disappointment.
We love Polka Dot Dragon! The two main teachers have been working together for a long time and have a system down that really works. The kids are well behaved and learn a ton. All 3 of mine have gone there and were very prepared for kindergarten and always looked forward to going. I can't say enough amazing this about this place!
