First time. Won’t be my last. I came in for a “check engine light“ issue on my mother’s 2002 PT Cruiser. Unfortunately, the part needed was DISCONTINUED by Chrysler manufacturer, which would not allow the car to pass inspection. I appreciate John/Road Ready for their honesty, and not having me pay for OTHER things (which my mother had done). Great service, friendly staff. I’ll definitely recommend and refer everyone I know to RR

Each and every staff member at Road Ready is professional, courteous and friendly. I trust them with my vehicle completely. They are incredibly efficient and go out of their way to accommodate you!!!
Walking through the door of this place was unlike others that I have been to, especially driving all the way from New Suffolk. Immediately was greeted and offered coffee and water. John and the staff was incredibly nice and friendly. The thing that caught my attention was the pictures that the staff sent to my phone of issues they noticed about my car. Goes to show how honest they are with their customers to provide proof that their not screwing their customers over. Also have to bring up how John sent a text to me a few days later asking how satisfied I am with the work and if I have experienced any issues since then. I know this doesn’t seem that much, but it shows me he’s willing to take part of his own time to check in on me if the work was done correctly. Overall an excellent place. Definitely can count on me coming back.
I got a diagnostic for my ac they fixed it quickly and for a good price will be back . They checked the rest of my car out too gave me a link in text message telling me the health of the car . It was so thorough and let me know what needs to be fixed.
