I've lived here 3 years. Million dollar views. Great access to 90. Private garage. Staff have always been great. Props to Samantha. Super attentive to any issues and very nice. Will miss this place!

If your thinking about moving here don’t. We lived there for under 2 years and it was fine for the most part until we moved out. The carpet was supposedly brand new when we moved in nothing wrong with it when we moved out but they want to charge us 700 to replace it because someone came in and “recommended” that it needed to be replaced. They are liars and thieves. Told us not to get a move out clean also because they were gonna charge us for that anyway but of course didn’t say anything till we were moving out. They are over priced and will try and rob you blind when you move out. Would give zero stars if I could.

I moved from another complex that was becoming overpriced without any updates. We came to Arrive a few months ago. Staff has been helpful and welcoming. There have been numerous updates and improvements to the homes and the property. It's a big improvement for us compared with our last place
