I came here because my regular allergy medication wasn't good enough, and I have now been taking allergy shots for several months! The staff members are always nice and helpful. Even when the place is busy, they are always quick to administer shots! The only annoying thing is that they are only open late on Wednesdays, and they aren't open early enough to get shots before work. P.S. You have to get a ticket for the parking lot but the first 30 minutes are free, and it's free if you come after 6pm too.

We had allergy shots in this location. We recently decided to stop the shots. However, the office continued to make the serum and charged for more than 300. I can understand that the office may not know that we already stopped the shots. But I believe the office could incorporate better process to inform the patients before the serum making.

Dr. Keiser took his time and explained all of my options. I’m excited for these shots to start working. The staff is friendly and helpful. My biggest feedback is the waiting room is dated as hell- needs a good update.
