For the last three years, my husband and I have been residents of AGT. We have enjoyed our time there because of the location, affordability, and staff. One of the best things about AGT is the concierge, Michael. She goes above and beyond for the residents. Michael is the type of person who remembers everyone by name, anticipates your needs, and does it with a smile. She is courteous, patient, respectful and will go out of her way to accommodate anyone who needs help. Michael has made us feel safe, cared for, and has truly treated us like family. She is one of the main reasons we decided to continue to live at AGT and we appreciate everything she has done for us and the community.

I just moved inn, so far so good. Very Quiet. Ask for “Autumn” She was smooth with my questions and move-in concerns. She showed me around the community and let me know where my mail & packages are located. She stays on top of her emails (fast response) and whatever questions you need. She is very accommodating. The concierge service at the front desk are awesome! (Not sure about there names) but they speak with a smile and make convo. I dont think i will be leaving anytime soon.

We lived at Avalon Grosvenor Tower for 3 years and overall had a great experience there. We especially loved how welcoming they are to pets and that we didn't have to wait until we were in a house to get a dog. Maintenance requests were always taken care of extremely promptly, so we never had to be uncomfortable for long if something needed repairs. But the standout of our time there truly was Miss Michael the concierge. She greeted us with warmth (and treats for our dog) every time we saw her without fail. She always made sure whatever we needed was taken care of and took the time to make personal connections with so many residents. A concierge is a huge perk of apartment living in general, but Michael's hard work and welcoming personality made a huge difference in our time there. We will miss her so much!

Our stay at Avalon has come to an end and we are very saddened to leave. We have been here since May and we have enjoyed it to the fullest. The team here at Avalon has made us feel like it's home. Our leasing staff and maintenance staff Autumn, Micha, Bryant, Jairo and Rosa have all been so accommodating. From the smallest little thing to even just helping me unlock my door because I have locked myself out 100 million times, lol. Thank you guys for everything, we will miss you guys tremendously. Our stay in Bethesda was amazing thanks to you guys and we will forever keep you guys in our memories. If anyone is looking for a friendly professional community and pet friendly Avalon Grosvenor Tower is the place to live at. Ask for Autumn and she will make sure to take care of you....!!!

We are so impressed with the thoughtful care for residents here at Avalon! Michael goes the extra mile in every way to assist us with questions or individual needs. Bryant is also a consistent source of thoughtful help Maintenance issues are addressed quickly and efficiently. We love daily walks in the beautiful surroundings and easy access to a grocery store, cleaners, and metro.station.
