Today I had my roof replaced by MLM home improvements and I was totally pleased with the professional service and high quality work! James Stull showed up this morning right on time and walked me through the installation process and introduced me to the crew. The crew ( I believe called the Geo crew) that worked on my roof was very polite and professional. When the job was done at the end of the day the crew completely cleaned my yard to the extent I couldn’t even find any signs they were there. James came by again and went over the job, swept the site again to ensure there was no debris and gave me his card and asked me to call with any issues I may have... Again professional and very knowledgeable! I’m so please with the roofing job, I asked James to set up an appointment to get an estimate to replace several doors. Two recommendations; ask for James and the Geo team! Great job guys!

We had an excellent experience with MLM in replacing our roof. The installation was super professional with minimal disruption, completed quickly and with a superb result. In particular Drew was a pleasure to work with an did a great job on every aspect of the project, from coordinating the insurance to communicating with us to helping us pick materials. Drew was why we chose to work with MLM and we are very pleased with the whole process. Highly recommend MLM!
MLM was a delight to work with for my roof replacement. Honestly, they were everything I could have asked for- professional and responsive. Chris was fantastic walking me through the insurance claim process. My roof looks great and no more leaks. They cleaned up everything after the job. They even knocked on my neighbor’s door to let them know they were replacing my roof so they could move their cars. All around a great experience start to finish.
MLM was professional from the initial start of this process. They took time to explain the necessary steps to do the complete installation. On the day of the install, the team was promptly on time and professional. All of the concerns and questions I had were solved and answered. The overall experience was GREAT! MLM installed our new roof in two days. At every level, they worked with us. They were simply outstanding. Mark and Chris in the office, Matt who sold us the contract, Josh the team supervisor, and Geo the roofing team leader. And the crew, the guys who actually removed the old roof, and put on the new one. The crew really cared about their work. What a good company. Thanks!
