My Dad first did business with B-Dry back in 1992 when he had a small section of the finished basement covered by B-Dry and a sub pump installed. He has NEVER had a problem with that section of the basement since! The past few years water has been an issue in another part of the basement - which came to a head a few weeks ago. We contacted Don who came out to provide a free assessment and quick quote for us to schedule the work. It then went to another level with extremely heavy rains resulting in the family all jumping in to help my dad - spending 24 hrs vacuuming water non stop and the entire weekend monitoring wet vacs and pumps. After reaching out to Don to see if we could move the work up, Sydney came out to witness the predicament we were in. Within 24 hrs, Sydney put together a crew and they came out the next day. He and his crew of two additional men did an amazing job in 2.25 days of work! Extremely professional, very tidy and conscientious team from start to finish! RELIEF is an understatement knowing B-DRY is now protecting our Dad's entire finished basement. The team of Don, Sydney and his crew can't be praised enough. I had a consult with Bill Clayton many years ago and finally decided to begin working on my basement. I called Bill in once again and within a day we were on schedule to begin work. Zavin onsite supervisor was the first to arrive and he explained all the details of the job. Minutes later Luis the lead worker arrived with his crew. Luis and his guys were phenomenal. They started working the minute they stepped off their vehicle and the worked their backs off continuously until the end of the day. They were extremely professional passionate about their work. It took them 3 1/2 days just as planned. They even got a second crew in the 3rd and 4th day to complete the job on time. These guys are all great, they left my unfinished basement looking like nothing ever happened. Exceptional service above and beyond. If I owned a company these would be the people I would want at the front lines. Including Jackie at the office dealing with my scheduling needs. Thank You guys for your great service and dedication. These guys are outstanding. They did half of the basement four years ago and it has worked perfectly. Just finished the remaining portion. Quick and efficient with the quoting process. Workers were polite, effective and thoughtful. Great communication. Could not recommend more highly.
BDry came as recommendation to us by our neighbor who got their basement system 30 years ago. The team (starting from Don Fraser in sales, Jackie on customer service and Zavin on the work) did a great job. I am happy with the final product. I can recommend BDry to any one who wants similar work done in their basement.
What a relief -- no water in the basement! Process was simple and very professionally handled. The guys never came to my upstairs, were courteous and respectful. The people in the office are super nice, great sales guy who walked us through the process. Good financing terms. Overall a REALLY great experience.
