We just had stone installed on our fireplace. It looks amazing. The only regret I have is waiting so long to have it done. These guys do great work. If you need any work done, these are the guys to call!

I had this company do the stone work on my fireplace I purchased from the Fireside Store. They sent someone out that had no idea how to apply the stone so the fireplace could be assembled. The Fireside store sent their man out to fire it up and could not fit the sides cause the stone was improperly applied. After contacting them to send someone out to make the correction he still did not do it right. I had to hire my own concrete man to come cut out the excess stone and now the Fire Store man can come and fire it up. Stoneworks was rude and uninterested in correcting their mistake. Sadly I had already paid for the stone work. If you ever buy a fireplace from Fireside , FOR SURE , have them send their own people to apply the stone. This company will tell you they know what their doing but do not believe it. That is why I am sharing my horrible experience with you.
Very poor customer service - I called to inquire on replacing stone on my house, since this company installed it originally. I spoke with a rep on the phone and she questioned my motives for my request, then said she would pass my information along. After a few more weeks with no response and me leaving several voicemails, I finally connected with the salesman, who gave me the same response -very condescending. I was looking for assistance and a solution, not to be laughed in my face. He reluctantly said he would give me quote, which I still haven't received a month later. Horrible experience and follow through.
