The customer service desk was very helpful with returns. And they made it so easy for me to return an item so that I could purchase it again using a coupon to save a little bit extra. A great place to shop and find excellent deals.

Great staff who were very helpful when looking for things and appreciative. I've never had someone thank me for Rehanging things properly or for taking hangers off at the checkout so it was very nice that they noticed. Also, I can't really go anywhere else and buy 3 flannels, a sweatshirt, 2 containers of coffee, 3 boxes of cordials, and a few other miscellaneous things for under 90.
I was in the dressing room, & looked down to see what I thought was a fake cockroach from a bag of Halloween stuff; turns out it was a huge, full grown American cockroach! I love insects, but I don't think I'll return here because it made me immensely uncomfortable.
So me and my sister were there recently with this closing down business going on and these two workers followed us around the whole store acting like they were working on stuff but completely watching us like we were stealing. It was actually kinda weird.. good thing they are closing down cause it made me never wanna go there again.
Like the store. But they seem to make their prices and sales sound so amazing. Example saying their 79.99 blankets were on sale for 19.99 to 24.99..they never were the higher price. Certainly not worth it. The blankets were made cheaply and very thin. Probably wont survive one wash.
It's liked i lived at Shopko.. I live near Shopko and that's literally my everyday clothing and furniture store. I am so disappointed and devastated it's closing down. they should put it back up, especially when I go to the doctors, they ask me 'where do you get your medicine?' I tell them it's Shopko... But no for long.
I love having an all purpose store like this in our small town. They turn over their merchandise rather quickly, so there is always great deals to be found on the clearance racks and end caps. Checkouts can be a little slow.
WE have shopped at Shopko for years and i am sad to see them go. We drove to North Branch store but didnt find much that was a bargain. Husband got 50 cents off a pk of coffee. No bargain on any clothing. They say 20%off reg price Look at reg price . reg price was always more than you wanted to pay but shopko discounted price was good deal So say reg price on a shirt was 49. Now they want 20% off that 49.way too much to pay. Most appliance were only 10% off.
