Horrible. Do NOT recommend this company AT ALL. Please go elsewhere. My daughter's chair is literally falling apart even after \service techs\ came to fix it. they never answer the phones and their chairs are garbage.

Had a mobility scooter repaired. Had a communication issue with service department so It took longer than we wanted . Over all once cleared up it took another week and I got my scooter back and the control arm was catching when I needed to go in reverse shaved a little off the corner and it works fine now. Would of gave them a higher rating if they would have cleaned up the scooter after the repairs instead of the front end looking grubby while it had a whole new back put on it all shinny. And that is mechanics fault I thought he was on the lazy side.
