FLEAS!! FLEAS!! FLEAS!! Stayed for 4 nights. First night I was assigned a room that hadn't even been cleaned. Went back to the front to get another room. Front desk was nice and apologized... gave me another room. Rest of the stay was alright. Except I kept feeling like I was getting bit by something. Didn't think much of it just thought it was mind playing tricks. Last day I finally figured it out. FLEAS! I was able to catch a couple and put them in a zip lock bag. I brought them to the front desk. Front desk was polite and took my room out commission. NOT happy that now I have to make sure I don't bring FLEAS back in my luggage and contaminate my own house! Extra time and money wasted. This isn't the first time this property has had insect issues. Read through some of the other reviews. This property needs to make sure it does a deep clean. I'm sure my room isn't the only one with fleas. The cleaning cart that goes from room to room cleaning probably has them too. So FLEAS are just being shuttled around from room to room. Stay away atleast until you read that managment takes Action.

I don't know if it's because of the virus but they do not have anything like plates or spoons and well the fridge is ugly is all get out
Front desk/ check in people were nice. But it was not A Nice hotel. I would not stay again. Maybe it was the room I was in. Rm 311. Hole in the ceiling. Broken entrance door. Bent fan over the stove. 2 lightbulbs were out.
Much better than the inTowne suites except they dont have a couch. But prices are great and plenty of room
This was by far, the worst experience of all Extended Stay hotels that I stayed so far. When I opened the door, I had a big frustration because of the all the smell coming from the spice or foods cooked there so I had to keep the door open for a while. The AC was facing the bed directly, which was a poor design. The TV is too small. I even didn't turn it on. The desk was a joke. My laptop and tea mug covered the whole desk as it was so small. The fridge was full.of dusts from top to the bottom.I will send these photos to their headquarters as well. You can't offer such a silly, ugly, old refrigerator to your guests.
Good hotel, very quiet. I love the stove top/kitchenettes. Great place to stay. Right near the airport.
We stayed at this hotel for one night. Check in was okay and there were no problems. The lady at the front desk was getting something from the back for another guest so we waited for her to come back. The room looked decent and we showered when we got settled. The tub did not let the water drain and so it filled while showering which was not ideal. Other than that the stay was pretty short, we were in and out. If you just need somewhere to stay overnight at a very inexpensive price this may be okay...keep it mind it is 2 star. If you're looking to vacation or will be staying several days I would encourage you to view other hotels as well.
Been here 12 hours amd already regretting it. Staff is great but rooms are horrible. First room, the refrigerator was broken. I asked to be mo ed, well the 2and room, the toilet doesn't flush, so I'm about to go down and ask to ha e it fixed or move us again. To much money to pay for nothing to work for 4 days.
