Their quality has seem to go down. Their tenders use to be juicy. My visits this past year, the tenders have been very dry, clearly over cooked. The tenders have been small, subpar pieces with just excess of breading hanging off. Also, didn't they use to have crinkle cut fries? Overall a big disappointment. I've had to resort to visiting their competitors.

The sooner you get there the better the services is. If you go late at night expect them to be out of or running low on several things, i.e. tea, lemonade and after menu items. However, having said all of that, I like their food and the people aren't bad either.
