Absolutely best service, prices and people! Trustworthy! Did a tuneup and replaced VERY WORN OUT parts, installed lights and odometer.... all in one afternoon. I was impressed by knowledge shared, service provided but most of all, friendly, personable operations.

I brought in a 1971 Raleigh bicycle that my neighbor discarded as it was deemed unrideable. Tim talked me through the different areas that needed to be repaired and saved me money with used parts. A few days and 55 later, it's now a bicycle I can ride for miles on the bike trail. Tim brings a lot of passion and knowledge to his job. I highly recommend Monomoy for price, quality, and service!

I could not be any happier with the service I received here. After bringing a pretty bent up bike to not one but two other bike shops and being given ridiculous estimates and two-week turnarounds (or being told that it was not fixable), the mechanics here got my bike back into shape in about one day. Even though the gears, wheel, pedal crank, and many other pieces needed to be replaced, I was only charged for the wheel and a tune-up. Just awesome.

We needed to replace a busted derailleur on short notice, and these folks had the parts on hand and were able to get the repair done quickly. Great service and reasonable prices.

I Just loved my 1955 Schwinn Hornet which had been rescued and renovated by John and Tim at Monomoy Sail & Cycle. They are extraordinary masters at their business. They used new alloy wheels and stainless steel spokes, new higher pressure tires, chain, and a new crank, but kept the original chainring, and pedals. There is a new stem with the original handlebars and grips. They kept the original seat but painted the steel underside adding a new kickstand and a reproduction headlight. Incredibly they were able to match the original paint so they repainted it; it looks just like it did when it was new. I am thrilled!!!
