We cannot say enough wonderful things about Hayden’s RV - from the amazing customer service, quick communication, extensive knowledge of their inventory & the RV industry in general, and outstanding service department. After a horrible experience with another local RV dealership, we were anxious & a bit gun shy about the whole RV thing - but the staff at Hayden’s put all of our worries at ease. Charlie was so very patient with us, showed us every option in our price range/ layout, and when we were ready to make the decision made the process smooth & easy! Shelby is just amazing. We left feeling like we made new friends. ️ Since buying, we’ve had a few minor fixes needed - and the service department has been AMAZING. The first time - asked right away when our next trip was & made sure we’d have it back in plenty of time. And today truly blew us away - on the way home from a trip we found one of our interior doors had fallen off the track & we called to setup an appointment. We were planning to drop it off, and instead they fixed it within an hour while we were sitting there so we didn’t have to make the trip back to pick it up. What other company would do that?! Truly a testament to their dedication to their customers. If you’re in the market for a camper/travel trailer, etc. make sure you stop by Hayden’s! They’re truly the best of the best & you wont regret it.

You literally lost a 22,500 sale today over 800. Then tried to misinform me on an RV that I have researched for weeks, by telling me at first we couldn’t get the fireplace which I showed you, you could get from the manufacturers website, and then tried to tell me the underbelly wasn’t enclosed. Which was a lie because if that was the case the heating duct work in the floor on the under carriage would just be hanging there - . I explained very directly in an email to you to which you responded, I was just coming there to see the quality of the larger one. Then when I get there you kept trying to up sell to me the larger one because it was on your lot, even though I said numerous times we did not want to go any larger than the one we wanted. Thank you for showing your customer service upfront so we could find another rv dealer, since the arrogance of the dad owner was beyond!
This is a family run RV dealership that stands out above the high pressure 'big box dealerships'. They have the most knowledgeable team that helps buyers make the right decision and when the purchase is complete, you become part of the family. In the market for an RV?, be sure to see Shelby, Charlie and the team at Haydens before you buy, you will make a more successful purchase.
My dad and I stopped at Hayden's for some replacement parts for a used camper that I had just bought from a private seller. What a great group of folks there! I'll probably be in the market for a new trailer at some point in the next year or so, and Hayden's will definitely be my first and hopefully only stop.
Good people. Loving atmosphere. Easy to deal with. When I left, I felt like I had friends for life. Didn't feel like another costomer. Thanks
