The apartment overall was a nice size but the whole contract it’s self is a scam . I was staying their and got behind on my rent because I had a repo on my car as a single mother I had to make a decision to keep my apartment or the car so I decided to keep the car so I moved out because they stated they were placing and eviction I called a lawyer after I moved out and no eviction was placed but here is we’re they scam you . I moved out November 1st of 2019 I was then hit with a collections notice of 2k for 3 months of rent I never stayed there November December and January Then I called to see if I’m able to move back in after I pay the money off since they never evicted me and the rude lady said no because we were in the process of evicting you but no eviction is on my record just a balance owed. Rude office staff

CUSTOMER SERVICE CALLED MY JOB WITH HORRIBLE HORRIBLE ATTITUDE. I DID NOT GET THE LADY'S NAME BUT I AM EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED AT THE FACT THAT THEY ARE CALLING OTHER ORGANIZATIONS WITH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND STILL BE EXPECTED TO BE HELPED AND TREATED ANY DIFFERENT THAN THEY TREAT OTHERS. I DIDN'T GET THE NAME SO THAT I CAN CALL THE MANAGER AND PUT A COMPLAINT BUT I AM STILL CALLING THEM. THEY SHOULD KNOW RIGHT FROM WRONG.

I had a couple of good times, but there were more downs than ups. READ your CONTRACT CAREFULLY. The management and maintenance of the property is okay, but I wasn't in complete agreement with the lease agreement, and some of the people in the neighborhood are not good people. My house was burglarized twice, and the police are 30 seconds away and always 3 minutes too late. The actual units are worth what you pay for, and the schools/police/fire depts. are all close by.
