Dr Bier is wonderful. My Autistic / non verbal grandson has been a patient of hers for past 4 years. Shes Amazing..Friendly..Easy to talk to...She Listens..She discusses all options with whatever is going on..Shes a well educated Dr who knows Children! If there were 10 stars shed get everyone !! The staff is great polite and friendly..weve never waited more than 10 minutes to be seen.Thank you Dr Bier

I've been taking my son to see Dr Emily Barsky at Boston Children's @ North Dartmouth. She is terrible. She has NO Bedside manner. Completely rude. I called and left a message with staff for her to return my call regarding new medication she prescribed during his last visit, when she finally returned my called 1 week later, she was very short and sounded annoyed that she was having to make this phone call. REALLY! You don't have time for your patients outside of the office to make a quick phone call (what,because there is no co-pay involved)! I guess her Harvard education did not teach her how to build a rapport with your patients.
My wife and I have been bringing my son to see Dr. Bier for support with his ADHD challenges. Br. Bier is wonderful and the staff is efficient and polite. We have never waited more than 10 minutes for an appointment and have always found the nurses/doctors to be great at replying to emails and phone calls.
I've been here 3 times since April 2017 for lab work. The lab is supposed to open at 8am however the phlebotomist is NEVER here on time. I had to leave one time because she was going to be 30 minutes late and the second time a nurse performed the lab work because she was late again. Now it's 8:20 and I'm still waiting to be seen!! It's ridiculous because I have to hold my son's medication until after he has lab work. Very disappointed in this satellite! I only come here for my son's labs too. Peabody site and the Hospital are wonderful however North Dartmouth is a disaster.
