Nice place to keep your boat either for the summer or to store up for the winter...They value their customers ...Very friendly emplyees...My sister works there in the office...she's basically the one who takes care of all...They sell gas and also has a little store on permisses to get a little snack or if you need something for you boat like a Lite bulb or toys floats, life jackets , or oil or if something is wrong with your boat pull in and have someone take a look at it to keep you out in the water having fun ...or make an appt. to get your boat serviced for the season...Just a little nice friendly marina all the way around...So swing by with your boat and check them out...

Buddy of mine bought a boat from them. I think he got ripped off. I'm glad to see a response from McDaniel's... 1. You will not find my name as the buyer. Like I said it was a buddy of mine. 24' maxim bought by Steven Nu...... 2. Very windy day for sea trial and canvas got all torn up. McDanials made no offer to repair before sale. 3. Outdrive oil tank was empty on sea trial, McDaniels said they would fix the problem. When boat was picked up aprox 1 week later they said a hose was loose and it was fixed and oil tank filled. My buddy took boat to his home marina (approx 45 minute cruise) apon arrival the oil tank was again empty. Upper and lower unit separated and gasket/washer was missing between units allowing oil to drain out. Shortly after the leak was repaired correctly, the drive died. I believe in part from that 45 minute cruise with no oil in the out drive. Hope other customers have better experience. PS: never ask the salesperson selling a boat for suggestions on a marine surveyor. If the salesperson suggests a surveyor... run don't just walk out the door.
