Best dessert is the mango gelati, my all time favorite. The sundae was a hit for my daughter. Perfect on a nice sunny day, with the outdoor tables.

Rita's is always good but 5 stars are reserved for the elkton location which sells soft pretzels in addition to water ice. The northeast location does not. It does share a plaza with Domino's pizza. Water ice and pizza is a nice date but you'll want to take it elsewhere. There is outdoor seating but rt40 is very loud. On the other hand it allows for car spotting.
