Will start by saying I LOVE the car I bought. The price I paid for what I got was very fair. My salesman (Andrew) was also great. My main issue was getting my car registered, which took three months to accomplish. I registered the car in another state, which I was told would not be a problem. I get that some of the delay was because of COVID, but I had to re-visit the dealership multiple times (45 minute one way trip) to fill out additional forms or sign documents that were not filled out properly. I'm sure that I'm part of a small group that buys in one state and registers in another, but had the registration process been smoother, this would have easily been a 5 star review. I would definitely visit them again.

Andrew Wilkinson was hands down the best sales person I've dealt with in my lifetime! He is #1 most respectful. He actually listens to what you're saying. He explains the benefits of the accessories as well as the downside of the vehicle. He is extremely patient, kind and understanding. Absolutely no pressure to make a decision. Due to several factors, I took 4 days to decide to purchase a car. He then delivered it and took the time to explain the features of the car, once again. Overall, we had an excellent experience with this dealership and Andrew Wilkinson is honestly the best car salesperson we’ve ever worked with. Andrew is knowledgeable, patient and honest, and throughout our decision-making process, was committed to helping us find the right car at the right price that would meet our specific needs, according to our timeline. His sales approach is to listen and put the customer first. The night we picked up our new car, Andrew even gave us a final helpful tutorial to get us off on the right foot. Beyond all that, he's a genuinely nice (and funny) person who also happens to have a charming British accent. Andrew is a great ambassador for Subaru because he knows what great cars these are and his genuine enthusiasm for the product he’s selling shows. We've found our Subaru Outback to be very solid, safe and comfortable. It's such a good-looking, sporty wagon AND it doesn't look like every other car on the road. It’s just a super cool car and we're thrilled to be driving it.
