Vance and his team were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Vance described all parts of the process and was very informative. The crew did a great job on locating and repairing my slab leak and left the area cleaner than it was before they arrived! And their pricing is very fair. In a world where it feels easy to be duped by businesses, it's refreshing to work with a team who do quality work for a very fair price.

They are non responsive and won't return calls. We've asked multiple times for a detailed bill yet they charged my amount. I see that as very shady. I will never recommend or use them again. I will also tell my homeowners insurance about this! Would of given 0 stars but only allowed to give as low as a 1.

I rarely write reviews...I recently had a plumbing leak in my front yard. I immediately called plumbers in the area and none of them were willing to fit me in their schedule the same day. North Hills Plumbing came to the rescue on the same day and quickly diagnosed the issue. From their field crew to their customer service and scheduling reps, they were so professional and accommodating. They fixed the leak at a very competitive and fair price. Will definitely be using them again for future plumbing issues.
