Today I took my first lesson of kickboxing and I am really happy because it surpass my expectations. Jonathan is an amazing trainer, he takes the time to explain you the right technine of kickboxing. The space is very clean and organize. I highly recommend this place if you want to learn self defense and at the same time burn some calories.

I’ve been coming here for a few months now, not only are the instructors great but so are the people who come to the classes. I’ve been to a few gyms in LA and this is the cleanest by far! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun alternative to the traditional gym (but they do have some equipment upstairs if that’s what you’re into).

I've tried several boxing gyms in the area and AAK is by far the best. They have several different group classes every day, private training, gym and yoga classes with wonderful Linette three times per week. From the very first class you'll feel you're part of the family. I've learned so much training at AAK and my body now looks like it never looked before. Try Jacqueline class if you are ready for some real work, Alberto if you want to focus on drills and Jonathan if you want it all. I was so lucky to find this place!

Had a lot of fun with my first, free session! Jonathan was great and he'd actually correct you if you were doing something incorrectly. Love the class because you don't feel any pressure to be really good or anything. Great workout. Will definitely come back.
