Vic came out and gave us an estimate for new windows (23 windows and one sliding glass door). He was on time, answered all our questions and told us about different options and gave suggestions. After getting another estimate, we decided to go with American Deluxe. Both estimates were for Anlin Windows, but American Deluxe was less expensive and we liked that Vic didn't have the car salesman approach that the other company had. He was very patient when we decided to add 3 more windows - which he had suggested when he first came out and we had declined. Ark came out and measured, again patiently answering our questions. It took five weeks for our windows to come in and two days to install. Our installers were Jose, Carlos, Eddie and Matt. They were on time and worked all day. I never even saw them take a break. They did an excellent job. We've had family, neighbors, friends, our handyman, and painters comment on what an amazing job they did.

American Deluxe replaced all the windows and 2 SGD's on my house about 2 years ago and they did a fantastic job. Recently I was interested in replacing my back door which leads to the backyard and pool so I gave Ark a call and he recommended the laminated 'reinforced glass' French door for the back. Given they did an amazing job the first time I was eager to have them come back and couldn't wait to see how my new French door would look. I'm so happy Ark recommended this door because I couldn't imagine anything else. First it compliments the rest of the house and allows a great deal of light to enter the house. Not only am I saving money from the super high insulated Anlin door but I don't have to turn on interior lights during the day. Thanks Ark! I knew I can count on you and American Deluxe to deliver once more!!! Best in the Business!

Working with this company was a breath of fresh air. They completed installing all my windows and from start to finish, Joe and his team of professionals took care of my home as if it was their own. I had old windows changed in 5 rooms and their workmanship is impeccable! They cleaned up after themselves throughout the entire process, provided quality work, communicated everything clearly and they were honestly some of the nicest and most courteous guys I've ever met. After looking at several company’s I found them on Yelp and they truly lived up to their 5 start reputation. They displayed exceptional customer service and carried quality products. I dealt with a gentleman named Ark, he was very informative, showed me many options and was very patient with my picky personality. I ended up getting 8 windows and 1 French door at a reasonable price. Highly recommend using them.

Amazing place. The entire experience was wonderful. Vic was able to give the quote in person and make recommendations. The pricing was fair, not the cheapest, but better value for a buck. I wasn't looking for the cheapest anyway, just a decent company with good product that will last. There team finished the job in 3 days which was amazingly fast. Highly recommended.
