Paid for a product that came with missing pieces I have been getting the runaround and playing phone tag when calling the company. Finally spoke with Jose who asked for many pictures to prove I did not get the pieces and went to his supervisor who said they would send the missing pieces a month later I still have not gotten them then speaking with David who ushered me Jose would call me back when he returned from lunch break still have not received a phone call have asked for a supervisor to call me still no phone call. Poor customer service along with failure to send correct product that I paid for

Love this place. They beat anyone's price that I have seen by far. I recently replaced our older 5 stage RO system with theirs. The addition of the second set of gaskets ensures that it doesn't leak from the sediment and carbon filters like the previous one I had constantly did. I have been buying from them for at least 7 years now. Their customer service and willingness to talk to you and answer your questions, even if you don't buy from them, makes them my first choice!

Had a hard time getting them to call or email me back but finally a rep answered ( not the one who answered my email days after my inquiry ) and I purchased a whole house system. I am very happy with the way my water tastes and doesn't smell. I have city water and it smelled to me. Now the water is softer feeling and tasting. They were able to make the three filters the way I wanted instead of what was listed. Only a 5 lbs drop in water pressure from entrance to exit of the filters. Thank you
