BUGS in they're food!! Twice this year I ordered months apart and they had LIVE BUGS crawling. This is DISGUSTING and they should be out of business. What a disgrace for a company serving the public, the FDA should shut them down!

Thank you for wanting feedback on your products. I have been eating cinnamon for years on cereal, grapefruit, yogurt, coffee and etc. I decided to try your cinnamon and must say it doesn't much if any cinnamon flavor and is too powdery. You have a lot of nice words on your label, but never mention where your cinnamon comes from. Quality control is also not one of your virtues. The labels are crooked and some labels didn't even have writing on the right side
Check out the F rating on the Better Business Website. I ordered a product advertised with free shipping and then they charged me 15.65 to mail it USPS. So far no accountability or action on their part to correct this mistake after repeated contacts. The phone number they list as Customer Service just rolls over to voicemail and there is not even a message to let you know you have reached the company. ......... Not worth the headache.
I complained at Amazon when It's Delish sent me white chocolate covered espresso beans that were misshapen and melted together. Company responded to my complaint by requestin a photo. I have photo, but no address to send it. Please help.
Love this store! All their nuts and candy are so fresh and delish! My order came on time with no issues. Their customer service rep was so helpful when I had some questions prior to ordering. Overall great experience, would definitely recommend!
Run the other way. Horrible customer service. They will respond, but don't expect any help or accountability. Order was to travel 300 miles; upon my investigation, it took FedEx two weeks to even receive the order and that was after I asked where it was. I waited two weeks to even ask due to Covid19. Then the shipping label was wrong and I was told it was my error and to check my address to avoid error in the future. They have no trouble taking your money and running you in circles. Too bad jokes on me. No product, no refund.
