Rented a scooter for a recent vacation. Great service, great price. Really made a difference in my vacation. Was able to get around outdoors. Mostly paved ground, some grass. I will be back for my next trip. Scooter had plenty of power and charge lasted the whole week.
Had a great experience working with Carlos! He even brought me a sample mobility scooter to try out on my college campus. The scooter they provided works great and I am very pleased with the services they provide at People's care!
Outstanding customer service, friendly and convenient. Here's my story: My supplies were low and I was getting desperate... I called 2 other places that day and they were of no help at all. When I came across People's Care Medical and saw how close they were, I called them and found that they had just what I needed. The gentleman who answered was about to close up a little early to get to the airport but he was willing to wait for me to get there. The store is literally 15-20 minutes away. As not to keep him waiting, I got there in 15 minutes. I will forever be known as \Last Minute Lady\. Thank you so much for your patience and wonderful spirit. You are my go to from now on.
